2041-2105 Colorado is the newest creative office campus to hit Santa Monica in the next year. The campus has been historically used as a clustered campus of buildings home to such tenants as Mitu, The Mobile Majority and ReelFX, all of whom have since vacated to other markets. Under new ownership (Northwood Investors), the campus will be re-positioned over the next several months into an incredibly breathtaking and arguably the nicest creative campus in Santa Monica, let alone all of Greater Los Angeles.

The campus is in prime location in the heart of the Santa Monica Special Office District, with great proximity to downtown Santa Monica and surrounding submarkets. It will offer 3/1,000 SF parking in a brand new subterranean parking garage that will also feature parking stackers. Excellent ingress/egress off Colorado Ave. between Cloverfield Blvd. and 20th Street and within walking distance to the new Expo Line and numerous restaurants and other retail amenities. There will be on-site electric vehicle charging stations as well as on-site bicycle parking and of course the campus will be dog friendly.
