In addition to Lisa’s involvement in real estate and civic organizations, she currently sits on the leadership council of Women Tech Founders. Lisa has her pulse on the tech community and brings her deep historical knowledge of the market to help tenants find the right solutions, fiercely negotiating as if it were her own P & L at stake.

Lisa grew up in Albany Park and currently lives in Lincoln Park.

An Orange County native, Matt has lived in Los Angeles for over a decade, and graduated from the University of Southern California where he played volleyball and earned a degree in public policy, planning and development and a minor in Spanish. Matt enjoys the complexities and hustle required to help a client secure in-demand creative space and the excitement from his clients once they move in.

Alex Phillips

Alex has 14 years of experience advocating exclusively for tenants and guiding his clients through the complexities of the real estate process.  Alex focuses on the representation of high-growth, Bay Area-based technology companies and has negotiated over 4M sq ft of deals on behalf of clients like GitHub, Opendoor, Earnest, OpenTable, Evernote, The Climate Corporation, Strava and BuzzFeed.  Alex is originally from the Los Angeles area, but has called the Bay Area home for 21 years and currently lives in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco with his wife, Emanuela.
